Only a stupid archer will fall for this.

Its not the same for the archer, it's pathetic (your word not mine) that the knight has to use rocks and trees to even get a chance to hit the archer.

It seems the best suggestion for a knight so far to get a hit in on an archer is run and hide behind a tree and wait for him to offer himself to you.

Maybe NGD could give knights a piece of string with a donut attached to the end? We could lure archers in with this?

If an archer does not want to die (specifically a hunter) they'll run and you can't catch them.

However, hunters evasion abilities have been nerf'd pretty badly....so use what you can to slow and disable them...and you'll own em.

Outside of that...they'll run - I know I will

there's also a buff called block proyectiles in the shield tree use it

I don't think it's worth posting anything else, it's clear that there are lots of suggestions when you are standing next to an archer within weapon range, but only one to get close enough to do any of them. Hide behind a tree or a rock.

It's called deflect projectiles, 60 sec. duration=cooldown. 10% piercing resist at level 1 up to 30% at level 5. This all is very nice, but the casting time is 2 sec. Any casting time is too much when chasing a hunter.
