Some troubles with letters during registrations

Hi, i have a very strange problem...when i am going to finish my registration of a new character, and a game ask me to enter the name of my new character-i can't do it(((instead of normal letters i see strage symbols-and the game always says me that every name i try to enter "is not allowed"

Please help me(((
