Need Serious help Patcher...

Hey, I've just finished downloading and installing this. When I go to log in using th Regnum Online exe. The error message I get is connection to autopatch server failed...

Can any mods help me out here I want to play...?

Edit: Yes I did the firewall settings yes I've installed it other places then program files yes I've completely uninstalled and re-installed I've turned fire wall off completely and still nothing.. ?

So what else can I do
