user/password not valid

I registered yesterday and when I try to log in I get that message all the time.
I did activate my account, tried changing password and checked about a 100 times if everything was correct but alas. it is not.

Someone help us. I am trying to play the game but it says my Username and Password is invalid when it is not.

I reinstalled the game and still I can't enter.

I am trying to log in for first time after dl, and it says username/password incorrect. Is this a problem for everyone new?
