Can't login.

After installing the game and creating an account, I can log into the account on the website, but i get "User/password not valid" any time I try to log into the client

I've tried 2 different accounts and niether can log into the client, but both can log into the website.
The account emails have been confirmed and I have added info into the profiles.
I'm not running any firewall software(but am connected through a router) and have never had any firewall related issues with any other MMOG, so my router settings are just fine.

What's going on????

It works OK today for some reason.

Note to newbies: Don't expect to play the game on the same day you install it and create an account......maybe it'll work on the next day.
