Vinland Forest

Alsius players.

I apologize if it's currently a place. But seriously, where the hell is this place? It's supposed to be out the big gate, but out of the big gate, there's a slope, and I can't complete any of the quests that involve "arrive at Vinland Forest" because I have a feeling, it's named incorrectly or something.

But, if anyone can tell me how to get to Vinland Forest, that'd be greatly appreciated.

So I'm level 17 now, and I just arrived at vinland forest. wow.

Someone needs to fix those quests, cause they involve running way the hell out of where you're supposed to be..

Protecting the Weak
Extra Help

The game is trying to use vinland forest, as if it was the area between Montsognir (cant remember how to spell it). And the nooby area.

Hello there,

I use the linux client, english version, and I had the same problem as described above : i just give a few precisions to help tackle this, and "up" this thread.

The map just in front of the first Gate that man encounter ("noobs" Gate) is called Herulf's slope, or Descenso de Herulf.

The map just before the second Gate (to the war zone) is called Vinland Forest, or Bosque de Vinland.

The names have been exchanged in the Quest "Extra help" step two : Going to Vinland Forest, which is the first one that leads to go through the first Gate.

I hope this can be corrected since it doesn't seem to be much work to do, and would save a few hours running for every new player (like me!).

The destination for those quests was fixed and will be available during the next update.

Necroing a bit but the "Another Nostalgic Dwarf" quest, which Vahod gives, has the same problem. The quest requires to go to Vinland Forest, before going to Montsognir City. The other two quests seem to be fixed now.
