How can I reduce lag in Regnum Online?

Need help.. how can I reduce lag in Regnum Online? My gameplay seems to be really choppy, especially when I rotate my character.

seriously, reduce your settings, that should help

for me it helps a lot to reduce settings to lowest, disable sound of regnum and to change priority of regnum online prozess in windows task manager
