Default Cast speed limit

Hey guys, do u know if there's a maximum limit to cast speed?
Thinking on mages, u can get +14% cs from staff, +7% from gloves and a +50% from spell => +71%

But i heard of a maximum of 55% anyway and all that comes after that 55% doesnt increase cs...

Same as for attack speed and movement speed...

Please tell me i'm wrong XD

Movement is capped at 150% last I heard (part of the 'fix' for speedhacks) AS and CS speeds have no limit as far as I know, also Ignis mages have access to a low level tunic with another 4% CS on it.

I thought 75% was max for locks ,but I could be wrong.
true Faith, light tunic does have 4% cs as evade. lvl 16 almost no armor
value(but with 75% cs who's gonna hit you anyhow lolz)

The global cooldown is not faster than a fast staff. I used to throw out heals like sweets at Halloween, now it's all feels a tad reserved.

As far as heals go it's sort of irrelevant anyway, since there are only 3 ally heals including gh...though I can see how conjus would love it for resurrect (longest-casting spell in the game).

The global cooldown for mages is 1s. The fast staff attack speed pre-1.0.8 was 1.5s. So yes, GCD is faster than a fast staff. For the heals, they now have a 0.5s casting time, which you cannot move during, so that may be the problem.
