It is the current live version (mostly). Did you check in the keyboard settings to make sure it was not unassigned or some other oddity ?

My conjurer still stays 19-22s doing nothing, so the unbalance is still there. Enough time to be killed.
It's 2.4x more time than silence.
Silence affects 1.5x more skills.
Silence is countered by more skills.

There is no option for this on the keyboard settings. Other people also have problems opening this window. I have changed keyboard settings a long time ago. I also tried to set them back to default and it still does not appear.

edit: works after the last update.

will cast speed gloves for locks be implemented?
it's the only item added for conju, but not for the other subclass

Did they forget to adjust Meteor Dizzy duration? Or am i blind.

it's 4-8 seconds (the shorstest one) with 2 seconds casting and 2 seconds global cooldown. every else dizzy spell is from 4-9 to 5-10, except for 30 seconds MoD

and locks are still the only class without a single spell to protect themselves from dizzy (and every CC in general)

Check its cooldown mate.
