The entire game guide on the website needs to be redone. Almost every sub-section is out of date which is a bad first impression to new players who have never seen the game before. |

The current char description page has minimal information. http://www.championsofregnum.com/ind...sec=2&subsec=4 It would be nice to have a few pages dedicated to each subclass explaining their role, strengths, weak points, which classes they are strong/weak against and what is their role in war. It would give new players a feel of what the game is about and have them wonder what they would choose. If the trees with class powers could be included it would be of great use to all new players though most already visit the wiki for that. Class diversity is one of Regnum's strong points, why not advertise it a little. Regnum wiki already has some nice info but also this thread, it includes info on classes based on the player's experience. http://www.championsofregnum.com/for...ad.php?t=80434 More importantly, the premium item page has been outdated for as long as I can remember. All the new fancy stuff are missing. http://www.championsofregnum.com/ind...ec=25&subopt=2 |

It would be great if informations about upcoming update, when it comes ? , what it does would be given on the website. Its already mentioned but still think it should be mentioned in ranking how players of each class can have more score so they can.increase their rankings.
Regards !

1) Overall I feel the website is kinda ok. But see below.
2) Whenever xp boosts, events etc come on, its impossible for anyone to find them. And worst of all, new visitors to the site have no idea they are happening. That wonderful South American island event? no one knew... 3) Moderation of forums is too strict and broad. Perceived attitude of NGD to the game is relatively negative. In game chat and on forums I keep hearing of topics being deleted when they are about things like :- a) specific OP builds (should be permitted provided they dont criticise players rather than their builds) b) problems on tickets or items support http://www.gamesamba.com/forum/ro-ge...73d52972400ba5 regarding this particular post about missing items: i suggest the appropriate response is to detail precisely what NGD has done about the problem and why it has not been solved yet. When things are being dealt through the ticket system and are being delayed, they need to be published on forums and reasons given why. If you guys need time to deal with it, explain specifically what you are doing with the time. When multiple items are being handled in multiple threads, consolidate their discussion or open a new forum section. c) Discussion of possible hacks and hackers. I keep hearing of NGD deleting threads when speedhacking by specific players is mentioned, and the constant rumour is that NGD protects ximerin paying players. I suggest open discussion of these difficulties on forums (focussing on the problem and not the players) should be permitted. Moderation for the above is difficult, but i suspect NGD is not doing a good job right now. I picked out gamesamba's post above, but NGD's handling of matters is somewhat worse than gamesamba. Gamesamba at least has an upbeat and positive attitude to the game. (dont feel bad about having a ngeative attitude, much player chat and criticism in regnum is always so negative and overly-critical) 4) Get back to focus on fixing the game. NGD needs to publish on its front web page: The first three items being fixed and why. Otherwise, no one has any idea what NGD is planning for Regnum. Actually, some players thinkg Regnum is not the priority for NGD - which is fine, provided you let players know. 5) I think a good model for game and forums website may be something like this :- https://www.guildwars2.com/en/ http://www.onrpg.com/boards/forum.php?from=mmohut edit: +1 regarding updating of war description on main website and wiki. I can't say I've ever referred anyone to this, usually I send people to the wiki (seems more current and contains far more info). However, totally new players (or those yet to begin) perhaps are not aware of this resource so I think an up to date game guide that is available on the main website is a must have. Also, news that is updated regularly (I think at least weekly, perhaps more like a blog, commentary, interviews, who knows, something atleast regular so the place doesn't seem like a ghost town), obvious download link on main page, obvious link to changelog, and maybe what is being worked on and will be included in the next update. I think most of this has been mentioned. I'll sign off from this speculative reverie. Cheers \m/^-_-^\m/

Thank you guys. This is good feedback, even if some of the mentioned issues are kind of obvious. I'll sum this up this weekend so please keep it coming!

Since you are asking players who have trouble recovering their accounts to send you personal details like scans of IDs to prove their identities, why don't you make this a part of the registration process now that you're working to improve it?
[edited by mod, personal issues do not belong to the forum] 1. http://www.championsofregnum.com/for...r.php?u=305703 2. http://www.championsofregnum.com/for...ad.php?t=99373 3. http://www.championsofregnum.com/for...99&postcount=3 4. http://www.championsofregnum.com/for...5&postcount=12 You will never succeed to make this forum a clean friendly place if all you do is occasionally delete offensive content a few times per week, sometimes less. Are you kidding, right? Do you know that your ID belongs only to you and nobody else should have it? And NGD should never keep the scans on their exploitable servers, after verification... just saying.

No way, please avoid that topic as I said before. Let's go on with what I mentioned in the first post.
