39% is the most you could get on barb with TFB years ago. (Unless DRAC. Not able now) Now you are able to get the 10 as amulet and 10 as barb legs. 10 as bless. Would need testing to see what the changes are.

Also Barb/mage AS is completely different in terms of stacking I would assume.

knowing the exact tiers will prove very beneficial. knowing whether to add that extra AS gem over that damage gem is helpful. or perhaps an AS armor piece over a resistant piece. in the end a little testing is all it takes but still...

Well, one thing to definitely keep in mind is the mathematic "law of diminishing returns", which is how NGD has both a.s. & c.s. mechanically coded in CoR (i.e. 100% a.s is not twice as fast as 50%). More is more, yes, but the higher it goes, the less of an overall return ratio achieved by raising it.

Your max speed is 75%, am I right?
Let me think... Marksman with short fast bow:
5% + 7% on Bow = 12%
Rapid Shot = 25%
Hawk´s Gaze = 25%
RoL = 10%
Leggings = 5%

Total = 77%

I didn´t count WM ammy either:d Besides, cap would be +79% (w/o wm amy) if we consider Mags bow with 2 +7% AS gems, but since short fast bow would hit faster even without that 2%, I didn´t use it as cap :U

yeah... i figured it would have to be an archer which out did that 75%. i've always played mage in the past and didn't bother to check other classes.

two spells with 25% AS is insane. i had no idea Marks had them.

i'm merely shooting for the animation in this video; i highly doubt that 2% will show any difference. although i am very curious to see that added 10% WM ammy on either mage or archer.

EDIT: i noticed you did not include Bless in your list. so a Marks is capable of achieving 87% with no WM. 97% with WM ammy... somebody please put this together and capture it on video for us to see.

Marksman also get 7% AS from champion gauntlets. I suppose it'll make a difference.
