I only checked on Linux which I only have. I can check on Windows and Mac in virtual box later and update results here.

When will the "weekly ranking" be updated. When does the period of the "weekly ranking" start.
like: from Monday 11:00pm to Monday 10:59pm

Firstly, this page does not exist.
Secondly, it's loaded over a non-secure connection. Thus, the entire page which embeds it, is marked as insecure by most modern browsers. This makes e.g. embedding it in another iframe impossible.
Thirdly (ranking only), it makes the page loading an excessive process (takes ages until it settles down)

use any German proxy site for reproducing
