Ok something more disturbing. Today I woke up with lights on. I mean, I know I switched them off before I went to sleep because I draw in my bed and I use only little lamp near the pillow. Then I turned off everything, left the TV on (on purpose cause it was loud on the street) and went to sleep

I woke up at 5am, main light on. I was pretty scared ;P so I checked everything although the damn doors are locked from the inside and weren't disturbed. Windows neither. So it must be myself. ;P It's full moon and I heard it intensifies sleepwalking but damn oO even water bottles by the side of my bed weren't touched (i usually kick them by accident when I wake up) and I don't remember anything. WTF!

So am I sleepwalker and the meat is my fault? oO

I don't know about the meat... but the light sounds like sleepwalking.

other option:

sometimes if you don't push a switch down completely nad it stays in the middle, (if it's of certain kind) it may flip back to the on position.

Try playing with it and see what happens.

If the switch its close maybe you just hit it while you were sleeping.

If not, then your house its inhabitanted by ethereal phasing kobolds that are eating your soul, buy some big snakes.

I think either you ARE sleep walking or torg's theory is correct:
even a switch that works perfectly fine sometimes flips back or switch back on if not pushed/pressed hard enough, though it usually just sticks or turns the light on right after

a similar thing happened to me once when I turned off the lights, there was a sudden blackout and when the electricty came back the lights turned on with it, but this was in an old house that had several gimmicks so maybe this isn't the case with your new apartment, just a thought

The switch is new, the things you say, they don't happen even if I try.

The switch is on the opposite wall, 1,60 m above the ground how could I hit it while sleeping? Do you have main light switches right next to your beds? :P
