If spells didnt reset on death warlocks would have a much harder time. Having terror up pretty much all the time is very strong

Maybe. But i try not to die. If you time it well, it comes back out of cd when needed, for me atleast. (There is always a delay between rushes, that delay is enough for most spells to come out of cd)
