Leveling?
How do you level lately past 45?
I remember Clan INQ had a toll with witch you could see the best spawns for you. Also I've seen ppl saying you are better off killing players? I only have NPC stuff on me now so that might not work. Can you give me some quick tips? P.S. Is there any problem if I don't make any quests at all? Will it affect me in the long run. I am asking this because I used the lvl 45 scroll. P.S.2. Items: What items I should work on? Are there any ppl around who will sell magna ingots in exchange for xim? Or I shouldn't worry about the magna lvl 45 weap?

I've never done the quests to be honest. 500% scrolls are your friend.
I participate in war quite a bit, gaining anywhere from 3000-6000 exp per kill depending on how much damage I make. This is quite a bit considering "Challenging" mobs give me just over 1k. So I like to balance war and grinding, fluctuating between the two. 1. Because player kills are awesome exp with booster scrolls (better so if you're barb). 2. I am completing WM quest before I reach 60. I already have enough wmc for two items of armour and I've just reached level 56. 3. By participating in war you are enhancing your skills in the warzone instead of fighting mindless mobs. 3. Switching to grinding (challenging and normal mobs are best) is a quick way to gain a bucket load of exp if you find the right spot, and is a good time killer until war. Always be on your look out and keep buffs up. Don't let your health/mana get too low in case gankers attempt to finish you off. While grinding you'll also pick up valuable loot which you can hand in for realm tasks. Whiskers are generally good and provide a lot of exp. Anywhere between 17k-22k. Don't bother with the "Defeat shitloads of enemy realm players". It's just not worth it. If you're going to do realm tasks, just go for the loot. Ultimately grinding sucks, and is a huge bore. But balancing it out with war can make it a lot better. Now if I'm honest, I hope you don't make 60 because Syrtis has enough fucking archers. Good luck.

Thank you guys for the tips. I did observe that getting to 50 got much easier than the last time I played.
P.S. Are there some pvp events? When I was in noob island I pressed/click on something and a small window got up with 2 events. Not sure what was that. P.S.2. If there are any war/xp events where is the calendar on site?

Thank you guys a lot for the answers.
I remember at one time checking out Raven and there were xp boosts/gold boosts like every 4-5 hours for an hour.

Things are very different since Haven. We were having boosts every weekend/alternate weekend, then it just stopped once the GMs disappeared. We've had a couple of random ones since then, but nothing constant. I believe GameSamba were posting the boost times on their forums because they were getting many PMs asking when the boosts were on. Not sure if this is still happening or not, though, but it seems like a good idea. My advice? Stock up on booster scrolls and use during a server boost and grind baby, grind, because God knows when we'll get another.

[EDIT:]Some of the questions still have not been answered, and I also find some clarifications needed.
The topical question is simply answered: ==== Grinding ==== Party whenever possible. Use boosts only when general boosts are on [Consult the publisher's forum for information on that], because of the extra value for your money, and the fact that a little patience at levelling has never hurted anyone. == Quests == - Check the wikia for the quest-related Amulets [click] and Rings [click] you will want to have and do the quests for them, because you will not find proper jewelry any other way. Note that the Rings of Lightning are object of a very lengthy series of quests. - Also, obviously, whether you are hunting for mobs, or players, make sure you take on matching Kill-, or Elimination-quests. Now for the questions that arised in between and were missed, or only broached without explanation: Quote:
They have not yet said anything about it, but there are chances it could one day be repaired. Quote:
The gear is not actually of that much significance for these purposes, however. Whether or not you should decide for Magnanite-weaponry depends on what your alternatives are. Much of what is being traded is a lot cheaper, and still suit players a lot better than the Magnanite weapons. There, I think now some of the left out answers should be cleared. You might have figured out some of this already, but I felt it had to be written down, as well. Hoping to have been of assistance, Laetitian. =)
