erver unavailable (CO12)

Seems to be a server unavailable (CO12) error again ... getting it on both Haven and RA, from Southern USA region... talked to others in the area having the same problem too... cant get in game on either server on multiple accounts.... been ~3 hours now... anything that we can do about this? ... already tried deleting live folder etc etc, I had a backup already, because this isnt my first Regnum rodeo... still no go.... help please.... Thank you.

Tried PM-ing a couple of GMs online.. but dont know if they got the messages.
