Remove Pay to Win

Hi like title says I want to remove pay to win effect of the game because if anyone new try to play and reach lvl 60 then he has no chance to win 1 vs 1. I want suggest increase all basic stats what you have ( with no armour or anything) by 25%. That will help to remove this effect but also helps low lvl join war without being just meal.

Teamplay is stronger than any equipment. But despite from this we do need new juwelry. And new weapons. The droppable weapons from wz bosses are outdated content. Offhand weapons, arrows and juwelry is missing.
