SMS Brazil - Fee changes for "Vivo"

Hello everyone,

Please note that carrier "Vivo" decided to change the shortcode and increase their costs, so you will notice that the price of Ximerin SMS has increased.
Since it's a change made by the carrier itself, and therefore we don't get any changes in profit, the Ximerin obtained will not be modified.

The new short code is: 99055

The new final rate is: 5.99 BRL
