Haven is down (C012)

No idea since when but I just get the Server not available C012 error on Haven (which is green on launcher).

Ra and Amun are fine.

its down again.went to change character stuck on black screen.

tried to log in says user already logged in and all servers are red when i use another account.

Seriously, NGD, some statement about why every server is down would be lovely. And, of course, some estimate of expected time of return to service would be ideal.
