Xim gifts - no lvl 50+ character on account II

its been 2 weeks frosk,any idea how much longer its going to take to fix this problem?

yeah i missed the xim bonus which my friend was gonna gift me.

Long ago I got clan friend who got 2x lvl 57 characters and no mount cause he could not buy ximerin in his country. I could not gift him xim cause got note: "no lvl 50 characters on your account"-got that time 3x60 2 of them warmasters.

Recently i just checked my account status and in xim part there is still note:

" Ximerin Gift feature not enabled because you don't have a character of at least level 50 in any of the valid worlds to perform a gift from"

and now I have 4 war master characters

I know exactly how long has it been, as I informed of it as soon as I detected it.

It should be fixed very soon, along with the debut of the new datacenter.
