error co12

Hi , when I log in and click on haven and click play, it says server is not available co12 , but when i open regnumsentinel, i see forts being captured, could it be that my ping is so high that i cant detect the server? i live in africa, this problem happened after the update
help me pl0x,

They moved the gameservers from Europe to America, this auments obviously the response times (ping) for users like us, i have doubled ping rates now but it seems to solve the problems for south american users and they are the mayority in this game.

First try i had the new launcher file removed by virus protection, when that was solved, then its connection was blocked by firewall and i got that error code you had.

i tried adding regnum to firewall acceptions now i have new error, connection to autopatch server failed, undoing what i did, and reinstalling my regnum did not solve the problem, i guess its time to move on, i appreciate the help thanks
