How can I ignore someone with a ± sign before his name?

Today we were being annoyed constantly (and I mean constantly) by a guy. Normally I put this kind of ppl very fast on ignore but this particular guy has a ± sign before his name so I couldn't ignore him because I dont know how to type this sign in game. At the end I had to log out.

Does anyone know how to type this sign in game or any other way to ignore ppl with this kind of signs?

You have to figure out how to type that key on your keyboard, simple as that.
There's no other way

You can ask the guy to stop as well, tho I doubt it'd work

Afaik there is no way to paste/type that ± symbol from Windows in this game chat. There must be another way but idk it.
This idiot is doing that constantly (!) the whole day (really) in Ra server (ignis) to every one, not just me. He sure is a nut case. He just keeps sending chat requests, even if you open it to answer.

I never could use " @" in the in-game chat....Don't know why.

Some kind of key sending application may help, or some kind of on-screen keyboard. Or remap your keyboard temporarily and after putting him on ignore remap it back.
