the 1 I saw in ignis realm sucked bad resists but looked good

Here's the stats for the Ignis version and some screenshots.

The stats are probably the same for every realm, except perhaps very good to ice in Alsius and very good to lightning in Syrtis.

As the breastplates are so tiny on women (and not in a good way) I wouldn't bother buying it on a female char. Dye on the breastplates is barely noticeable either.

alsius ice and blunt, syrtis lightning and piercing, ignis fire and slashing

Also, on dwarfs you don't see much of it cuz of their long beard...
