Default Inestabilidad actual del cliente

Hola a todos,

Queremos comunicarles que estamos conscientes de los problemas que han surgido a raíz de la última versión. Desgraciadamente a veces se nos escapan ciertos problemas que en nuestro proceso interno de prueba no se hace evidente pero sí al ser probado por varios usuarios con diferente configuración de hardware.

Estamos analizando esta situación y esperamos tener una solución pronto.
Disculpen las molestias ocasionadas.

Para aquel que desee ayudarnos:

- Envien los archivos de error (dumps) al iniciar el cliente.

- Traten de no abrir otras discusiones sobre cuelgues y utilicen esta misma para enviar toda información que pueda servir para poder reproducir el error (como y donde sucede, frecuencia, etc).

Quiero dejar un par de comentarios:

Luego de la última actualización, (en mi caso particular):
  • La jugabilidad mejoró notoriamente.
  • El problema que me venía volviendo loco, relacionado a sucesivos e inesperados crashes sigue vigente, pero ha disminuido notoriamente. Antes, no podía siquiera volver a entrar al juego.
  • También mejoró aquello relacionado con el ping (pero estoy puede ser por mi servicio de internet, el cual deja mucho que desear).
  • Antes de la actualización se me trababa continuamente el juego y cuando participaba en enfrentamientos masivos o concurridos, los FPS caían estrepitosamente haciendo imposible jugar.
  • Ahora, intenté subir la calidad del terreno, su nivel de detalle, aún más, puse la distancia de visión casi al máximo y los resultados han sido sorprendentes. Hoy estuve probando el juego en estas condiciones y los resultados fueron mas que satisfactorios.

La verdad que no entiendo, antes de la actualización el juego me andaba para atrás, se me hacía imposible, esto hizo que descanse un tiempito del Regnum. Pero ahora, mientras todo el mundo tiene problemas, yo no los tengo.
ES REALMENTE EXTRAÑO.

no tengo el conocimiento tecnico necesario para espresar el estado del juego en el momento del herror.
si no escrivo nada en el informe, este contiene otra informacion aparte?.

por mi parte los crashes son mas que nada en las guerras, mientras leveaba no me paso, pero tambien tengo manos lag en las guerras

por la parte mia los crases son seguidos continuamente cada 3 min un crash, cuando antes no me pasaba, el ping esta por las nubes, las lucecitas de los saves azules ahora no las veo, antes si.

la armadura se me bugea constantemente y se me ponen otras armaduras, por mi parte la skill de tirar en los guerreros no tira ni una vez al suelo....

por favor se me esta hacieno injugable en este ultimo dia

Perdon, lo habia posteado en otra seccion y luego vi esta, les dejo el post aca tmb. Espero ke les sirva.............

Bueno es sabido ke desde ke se actualizo el juego todos crasheamos cada 5/10 minutos, pero ahora es decir desde hoy, y esto me paso con tres computadoras diferentes, me tira el siguiente error:

La instruccion en "0x7c920f2b" hace referencia a la memoria en "0x74656578".
La memoria no se puede "read"

El error esta copiado tal cual aparece en el mensaje. Espero ke sirva para que encuentren lo que esta funcionando mal. Tambien vale aclarar que ahora cuando crasheas podes volver a entrar enseguida, el pj no keda conectado como antes, y noto bastante menos lag.

Cabe destacar que antes del parche era muy pero muy raro que crasheara 3 crashes como mucho en los meses que llevo jugando.

-El juego se enlentece por uno instante, luego se traba, y se sale con el error de crash.
-El crash no parece ocurrir en ningun momento especial del juego
-Sin embargo parece estar relacionado con grandes cantidades de gentes en rango de vista.
-Se volvieron frecuentes la caidas de FPS
-El caballo y otros graficos a veces se ven con los colores alterados
-Las personas sentadas y noqueadas, se ven cuando caen o cuando se paran, pero no se ven sentadas o caidas
-Los escudos de los caballeros fuera de modo combate chocan sus piernas
-Si no estoy rodeado de gente y en movimiento (me pare de frente al lago sin hacer nada), parecen no producirse los crashes

Calidad todo al minimo salvo caldiad de terreno en bajo, calidad de texturas media, efectos de particulas y luz activados. Pantalla completa, sincronizo recursos al iniciar, musica y sonido.
Se que es largo, pero aca creo que esta toda la data que pueden necesitar del sistema dumps y demas, si necesitan algo mas, con gusto, estoy hasta dispuesto a ofrecer acceso remoto a mi PC para que prueben cosas.

No se si este error tiene relaiconc on los crash, creo que sucede cuando aprieto desconectar y se cierra el juego, y no cuando crashea.
