People still do the logging in and out bug.. Something needs to be done about that.
The trapdoor changes are great though

I wouldn't bother with with the disconnection time if I had to change that, I would rather change the functionality when player logs off at fort range, he will login back at his own cs, or may be if player logs off in other realm land he will be logged in at cs, this would also help with things like ppl who park their alts at different forts just to cap 2 forts or 3 forts at a time wouldn't be able to do that easily, and will enough time for defending realm to save themselves

Trapdoor changes are good, wall changes are freakin AWESOME. Its so much more fun shooting/casting down and up.

Wait, what? Falling from the wall leads to instant death? What about archers and mages defending fort from the wall? Because of wall design player needs to jump on the ledge. Mistakes happens, falls happens. Now this mean death?

Ok, now I read complete changelog. Looks like jumps on ledges are not needed anymore.

Its so much better this way, as soon as door goes down everyone runs to tower for a fight instead of just going through trapdoor. Far more fun
