When spears and glolves start being selled???

Hey people, just to ask if somebody know when Gloves and Spears Start being selled.

Ring and amulet quests from Syrtis and Ignis are back. does this mean that there will be new quests or just the old quests will have them as a reward? I hope new quests because then won't some be without these things?

I am almost certain there are going to be new quests. If not there are going to be some very angry people.
