All spell animation and instant casting after update?

After the latest udate I have lost all my spell animation and spells cast instantly, this just me?

I wonder if this is an attempt to combat the recent lag that many have experienced?

we have a serious problem....

1) stalker surroundings recasts each step you take...
2) onslaught is infinate never runs out
3) all skills are infinate!

This is very serious for me I cannot play ATM, I am experincing major problems other than my previous ones now. You know my conjurers summon went to my barbarian after I switched accounts? I should post a picture...

A summon should be 4 seconds casting time right? My summon is instant.

my spells are casting at normal speed but i have no animation for them and the cool down time animation also doesent show up >.<

same with me, when I use charge it looks like nothing has happened but the damage is still inflicted.
