New Ignis water quest problem

I did about 30 new quests in Ignis
Then after I became a member of the secret order and talked to a guard in our capital he gave me some quests about elements
I took 3 elements and then I need to take the water element from some barrel , there are about 50 barrels in the city and none of them works

were do I get the water element from ?

And it is NOT the quest when I need to actually KILL the element bosses.
I just need to interact with some barrel to take the water from.

gonna necro this thread because i have a similar problem. in altaruk i can find barrels to interact with, like the one by barzan, but i havent been able to find the one for the quest. amer gave this quest.

You get it from the one by the barman at the inn. It's on top of the bar.

No idea what the barman's called but.. Yea.
