They both make the game unplayable, so they're equal in that respect.

Lag slightly preferrable - at least u can lvl yr char - quest - or kill mobs for gold if yr lvl 50.

downtime, same reason as magnet, plus I can also talk with my friends

I can't even move with the lag that's been happening the past couple days, let alone hit anything

lag doesnt seem to hit me as bad as others so i go for downtime as worst option for sure

I only get hit hard by lag at fort battles usually so at least with lag there's still something to do.
