patching?

mine has patched the same thing 3times and wont stop and i caant play because of it. help please

Try this:
1) Disable your firewall. If this doesn't work:
2)Open the ngd studios folder....
Open the regnum online folder
Open the live server folder

DELETE everything but the file that says
d3dx9_31.ll

Reload regnum

And if you're using windows vista, redownload the game OUTSIDE the Program files folder.

If this doesn't work, I don't know. All I can do.
