Constant Disconnect

I get loged in for about 2-3 min and then get disconnected. I've tried about 10 different times over the course of the afternoon and it's the same every time. Any idea whats causing this or what i can do to fix it?

i suppose it bears mentioning that i tried everything suggested in the support section on the homepage already. Not really sure what else i can do, looks like the game may just be unplayable for me

check your firewall and antivirus, you can see the ports to open here:

This also happens to me on my windows XP machine. My linux machines do not have this problem. I have the required ports open, and I don't see how AV would cause this...
