Error 5 Access Denied

I have been playing this game for a month with no problems untill today when i tried to sign on and i got a Can not open file LiveServer/ROClientGame.exe'(error 5: acess denied if you know how to fix this please let me know

if you use vista, reinstall the game outside the program files folder

maybe it could be your antivirus that blocks it, try deactivating it
