Item glitch

I got an item called 'Amulet of Emanation' its supposed to give +100 mana to your mana pool. But when I equip it, nothing happens. What it is really doing is restoring 100 mana. Please fix this whenever possible, thanks

Back on topic: are you sure it's restoring the mana, not just a "+100" going up above your head?
