speed armor is fixed... amulet is fixed... telekenisis rings no longer give range but evasion... hehe

I'm still getting lag spikes of 10,000ms or more... this is utterly rediculous.

Most likely your internet speed isn't good enough in down or up grade, or you are using random programs under the regnum client that will reduce the maximum guality of the game speed such as Mozilla, IE even note pad and MSN is the worse. TS and ventrilo does it too.
I got 10 MB down and up I got 3512 MiB Ram and newest Nvidia G-card.
If your computer needs a boost give me a call I know couple handy tricks

- Amulet of Emanation
- Fixed: the following items no longer increase movement speed but casting speed instead:
- Light Leggings
- Light Pauldron
- Light Breastplate
- Light Tunic
- Fixed: Ring of the Spider now grants Hit chance.
- Fixed: Ring of the Twins now grants Spell focus.
- Fixed: Ring of Telekinesis now grants increased evasion rate.
