game keeps disconnecting :(

dear regnum online,

i have a problem to point out. everytime i go to play the game i get an error everytime after 15 minutes saying the game has found an unexpected error.
is there anyway to fix this?

try putting your graphics down that might help

I don't think turning your graphics down will help with the crashes. Certain people crash a lot and certain people don't; NGD fixed it once but it was broken again, now you'll have to wait for it to get fixed again. I don't crash much, but I know some who do.

ive tried everything but the game crashes every 15 minutes or so

is there no way i can stop the crashing of RO? i want to play it without having to relog evey 15 minutes

I use windows and I rarely get crashes.

would the speed of my internet lag me out or is it just bcoz of the update?
