Picture of the problem im having

I finally decided to get a picture of the problem that Im having, hopefully someone smart can figure it out because im done. Ive downloaded all the versions of DirectX you can possibly find, ive downloaded openGL and I dont know what else to do...So please somebody help me

download the latest dirext3d? it's 9.c or something as it seems you're under windows xp.

then start->run->dxdiag->monitor(i think) and do some dirext3d tests

have you downloaded all drivers for your graphic card? Maybe try to check some other option in graphic menu. What is your graphic card?

I had the same problem when I first started.
Piz is right. Your graphic card driver needs updating, or you need a new one completely.

I actually ended up getting a new computer... lol.. it was old...

have you tried safe mode ? it might have something to do with what your graphic card is capable of, shaders, i don't know, i'm not really good at that. maybe you should try looking at the game.cfg

someone here might know what is your problem...
