Enter Game World and Log in

Okay when I log in it takes forever, then when i press enter game world it takes forever to verify, and its taking a very long time to bring up the window that says 'checking firewall settings'. its been like 5 minutes now and its not coming up. help plz =[

[i was helping someone at the time the server crashed and was afraid tht person wud be mad at me
