Membership Groups?

Group Membership... wats that?
if u go to ur profile ont he forum and u look at the bottom were theres a blank spot to the right of ur information it says

Group membership.
You are not apart of any group right now

2 queastions
1)wats it mean?
2)how can i join a group?

There are two groups for so far I know, NGD-admins and balance team. No group is available for regular players.

oh rlly? well so basically we dont need to worry about that section its only for ppl who work for the game?

imagine you can ignore by group and there was a group called "spam"
