NPC finder for Windows?

Is there a npc finder for windows.. I saw a Linux one..

You can at least search for NPCs localization in this site : http://www.regnumzg.com.ar/index.php...zgdb&Itemid=30

Even if it's an Argentinian site, it have a translation in English (button on the upper right).

In-game, press 'V' to identify all NPC's in your general area. Otherwise go here.
