Just checking back in

Hi all! It has been awhile since I could play this game. I have had school, work, and a lot of real life activities. I havn't played the game actively in some time now, but I came back last night and was like wtf!!!

First, my fps are greatly improved, and I can run the game in 1680x1050 with high view distance!

Second, I love the no realm chat

Third, I love and I mean love how the map shows which forts are under attack, and which ones are owned by which realm

Fourth, the lag in fort fights, and the memory leaks is greatly reduced.

NGD, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED, BUT YOU HAVE MY SUPPORT!

I have been playing this game for 2 years in November, and I have seeen this game go through a vast variety of changes. Some of which I liked, and many of which I didn't like. As many of you know I used to be obssed with this game. Look at my pay pal history and the 5 lvl 50's I have. I used to get so upset when balance changes were made. It is one of the reasons I made so many classes, so I could just choose which one was overpowered.... I then came to the realization that yes there are going to be aspects in which lend more power to one class than another... It is the way the game is, and I adjusted to it. I kind of like how there are changes because it gives us a fresh game, and if it is to out of balance NGD will eventually fix it. Just saying all that to say I can't believe how big of an improvement this last patch was, and I mean that with all my heart. My computer doesn't restart anymore for no apparent reason, I get good steady fps, Refe is back. I am not saying that I am going to be playing all the time, but when I get the time to I will be playing this instead of other things. Now if we can make forts and castles mean something, and some way to use the enviroment to make weapons or mine gold; I think it would give the game a huge spark. I know the lag and basics have to be in place/fixed first, but you can tell that I am a patient one even though if I get in an outrage at times.

Sorry if my post is a little lengthy and unorganized, but this is the first time in about a year I have been excited to play RO.

P.S. - The spell break apart and tear apart are not working at all. Please fix this for my hunter has only two attacks without it . All in all great update, and I love the renewed enthuisaam I am seeing from NGD. I can tell that something is different about them. I can see them trying! Something I first saw when I started playing, and something I love to see out of them. Keep up the great work. no complaints from me. (except break apart and tear apart )

I have a new paint scheme also. I am still trying to modify my setup though, and you should see me some. I am so busy now though

PS: Break/tear apart work fine on me when I get them. I don't use them so I don't know what you get in your log, but the effect is there on your target.

I have nothing but time, so as long as I can see I will probably be checking in this game from time to time. I really need to come to Argentina some time and show you admins how to have a good time ;D, but then the game might not get updated.

You have to activate Constant Damage in Game Options

A clan member just told me about the constant damage. I feel smart now XD. Kailer I think you will make a great community manager. I will never forget how hard you tried chasing my hunter! Just show that same enthusiasm for this job, and you will be fine.
