You may call it realm balance, to again and again outnumber Alsius with at least twice as big armies.
I guess you do enjoy those moments really much, but some of us don't.

The last days this has been pissing me off to the point that I several times considered quitting the game.
Tonight it happened once too much.

If nothing is done soon, I don't want to keep on playing anymore.

(Although I do think that NGD should do something about the "realm balance".)

There is not such thing as outnumbering, only small and big challenges.

Ok, now serious. This can piss me off too, because there's nothing we can do about it. Against Syrtis we sometimes defeat armies twice as big as us, but in Ignis are mostly at least some conjurers who know how to play and then it becomes very difficult. I don't think forcing people to join Alsius would be a good solution because they might don't want to play for Alsius, they will be frustrated and leave. I would love a xp bonus for people in Alsius

but that would be unfair. I just don't know what we can do to get more people.

Having a bonus completely isolated to Alsius is actually a pretty good idea. It would attract new and possibly more experienced players to that realm. The bonus will be available until the numbers start to even out ofcourse.

I oftenlook at my brother's (Dky's) screen when he's playing and especially in the morning it seems to very empty in Alsius. Later on the day it gets more busy and they can actually start to do something big, like retaking one of their own forts. During the few times I was in Alsius it seemed that there are a lot fewer Spanish speaking players(with a great exception for La Jihad, of course). It's like there is a majority of European players. This makes the spreading of players even worse.

A plus is that Alsius really learns how to play good this way. They have to play efficient and try to don't lose anybody. They are really hard to fight against, Alsius does the most damage per player of all realms.
However, Alsius really has to fight a lot better than the rest in order to don't lose all the time.

I'm against giving the current players a bonus, they are already very good. I do think there should be some kind of encouragement. Maybe raising the xP for players under the 20 by 10%? That would attract a lot of new players and from 19 you can get to 29 on just quests, so there a bonus isn't needed.

Sometimes it doesn't matter how good you play, because the enemies are just way too many.
For example at Trelle the otherday.

We coordinated our areas, choosed the same targets and had very good conjurer support... still we could not kill the Syrtis army there.
I am not the guy who is known to give up easily, but here I actually said "they are too many, let's go", because we did not stand a chance and there was nothing we could improve in our gameplay.

Yea Alsuis doesnt have enough strong players to recapture fotrs often, but they always have people for PP.
IMO, realm and amount of members is ok, there is just no interest to fight for realm but for group of friends. And thats problem of their own organization.
No any kind of xp or other bonus would be fair for their realm, because its their own problem. plus that will make yet another zergling realm, which is problem of game already. making more same problems is not good.
Players usually dont go to fort because of lag, thats yet another problem.
Personally, I cant remember last time i ve seen some of the famous players from alsius at any of fort wars in alsius i ve been recently.
lag and bad organization btw "tribes" are in pact, thats result. change it or take it, thats the only one solution.
but even if they get any additional bonus to "encourage" ppl to pick goatland, i would have nothing against, if that REALLY can help them to surpass "problems".

I kinda agree, specially when it comes to holas playing time and other timezones offer mostly night or pure morning. I promise from now on to hunt in ignis!
