My game wont start

So far it worked perfectly. But now when I press enter game world it freezes at verifying firewall window. What shall I do?

Ty a lot for that but I am using bit defender. I even disactivated it but still nothing. And now I wait 40 minutes at least to start game and when start he is not downloading all the respurses. So for example I can't see what I need to do in quests, can't see my armor, etc....

He just said he disabled his firewall and it didn't work still. Hey Wyatt.
