Ohai, I came to tell you about one particular act that was introduced in USA after 9/11 attack. Quick brief:

It says that in a time of nation disaster, tragedy or huge crisis, the government has a right to continue ruling. That's really a short description, you can go and find it yourself. So, looking at our nice economy crisis, seems like George Bush is possibly going stay for another few years.
