Default Problem with making a new character

A few days ago a made a new character in the Syrtis realm, I got the character to lvl 4 or so but then i decided i wanted to make the new character in Ignis instead. So I deleted the charcater I had just made because I was planning on using that same name on the character I was about to make in Ignis. But, when I tried to use the name again it said that name is taken.

And I know the name isn't taken because when I tried to make the character in Syrtis again after it didn't work in ignis, the name worked. Does anyone know what this is happening?

Hm, try waiting a bit longer? I'm pretty sure that after some time that a character has been deleted another one with the same name can be created in any realm.

Please post your problem in the gameplay problem section not here.
And try what maraculix has suggested.

Hi,

I had exactly the same problem rencently when i wanted to rename my warlock, she was Alsius at this time, while the renamed warlock was Ignitian.

Waiting won't fix it, send a private message to Kailer in the forum or at the support email (support@ngdstudios.com.ar) with the account name, name of the character etc.

I think the problem is because the new change name scroll. I think they keep the old name in a list to won´t be used by another character.
