I really hope you are wrong about invasion being implemented soon. I played a bit on Ra yesterday and I think realm balance ain't good enought for that.

Moreover I think fort doors needs to be weakened a bit. I held a fort for more than 10 minutes with my hunter against 2 knights, 1 barbs, 1 warlock, 1 archer and 1 conju (all were level 40+ and knights were definetly lvl 50).
