every time i go through the updater the game doesnt respond lil mini black box in the middle of my decktop... wdf... need help here plz

tryed reinstalling and turning off the fire wall as well as turning off the mass update all ressorces..

uhm, firewall issues? (it's usually checking firewall what writes in that small black box)
