I'm not sure 'offensive' is the right word.

The beauty of Frankie is that he hits a little too close to reality... and sometime people get offended by truth

If you take(active verb) offence when watching this you should move to live somewhere isolated because you can't handle the real world. (Dutch are harsher! :P)
I thought he was pretty funny.
