Balance team?

I know that there used to be balance team before, but whats now?
Do they still exist? If yes, who they are?

Straight answers for straight questions, please.

The balance team really exists.
I asked Kailer a few weeks ago about it and he replied that there might be some changes soon.
We'll see...

Balance team is team of only Spanish speaking players. When it was created, Engilsh speakers weren't allowed to join, "due to possible misunderstandings because of language difference".
However, as I know, big part of team are hunters, and half of members left the game. This is not 100% confirmed.

Well, there have been changes since many months..

Lets reformulate the question: Kailer (or any NGD member), are there going to be any NICE (not boring, senseless, bla bla bla...) balance changes?

They do class balance testing and make suggestions about spell changes, so if we look at the facts, they suck ATM.
