Flashing white/black dots on textures (can't screenshot thme)

Hello,

After recent update I have strange gfx error. I can see very little flashing square dots on textures. Tried to screenshot them but I wasn't able to. They appear for like 1/20 sec and disappear in various places on ground and objects. They're very annoying :/

Debian 32bit
Sempron 3000+
7300gt
2Gb DDR2

It worked like 1 week ago ago without this errors.
