Hi Community,

In this thread we will reply to your doubts or we will give you possible solutions to users that can't enter the game right now.

REMEMBER: Only for users that can't get into the game because of software issues. For visual problems you must go to this other thread.

Before posting an inquiry, please make sure to have installed the latest version of DirectX, which you can get from this link:

DirectX Redist August 2009

Please specify in a line in your post your computer settings (operating system, processor, RAM memory, video card).

If you don't know how to obtain such information, you can download CPU-Z to do so.

In that app, you will obtain the necessary information this way:

Processor (where it says Name):

Memory (where it says Size):

Video card (where it says Name):

Remember to provide all the information you can about your problem!

when i try to start regnum i click on "enter game world" it starts loading gets to Verifying data4.sbd and freezes and wont download anymore.......can any1 help me plz?

Hi Arrived,

When this happens, and the launcher may not be able to fix a broken SDB (resource database), you may try deleting it alongside with its .idx file.

As this SDB is not so big, some resources will download again, but they aren't so many.

1. first off im not a big tech person so if you reply youll either have to add me on skype as zanewx or reach me on xfire as pyrorabbit

2. i dont know how to post my computer specs so if someone could help me with that ty

3. when i log on when i either try to make a character or log on as character i get a message that says theres a connection problem and that i need to re-enter the game, i press accept and wait but it doesnt happen so i turn off my comp but the problem keeps happening...

PS: sorry i cant help out more on this post...

WHEN IM RUNNING THE NEW INSTALLER, THATS THE MESSAGE IM GETTING!!!
COMMON CAUSES INCLUDE INCOMPLETE DOWNLOAD AND DAMAGED MEDIA.
I need a new copy???
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Hello

I have little problem after new technology was applied to RO. It happend two times already... after some time of game play it crash and i receive worning notice about: One of your graphic drivers is not responding. Message is shown in basic graphic 640x480. After sending raport to microsoft i was able to seek solution... it was : turn off hardware acceleration to avoid problem... if i do so i cant play any games because it is recuired...

I give you my computer specification in text file attached to this post

Nothing would happen when i put in my info and password at the login screen until i uninstalled and redownloaded my graphics card drivers, now when i click

'ENTER GAME WORLD'

it says:

"Error initializing Direct3D renderer'

Any help?

download the latest DirectX updates, or maybe try OpenGL in the options menu

ill download the Direct X updates, but in the options menu, i don't get the OpenGL option or the 2.0 Shader?

so i downloaded the latest DirectX updates and still nothings happening. ever since i got the new drivers for my graphics card, when i scroll up and down on a web page its always really choppy. this has happened to me before but i can't freaking remember what i did to fix all this.
